The brief for The Dunes was a large-scale renovation built around a single move: amalgamating two existing units into one full penthouse, within a luxury beachfront building. From there the scope extended well beyond the residence itself — renovating the building's common areas, reworking the exterior landscaping and façade, and carrying out basement works, all in keeping with a beachfront address.
The result is a full penthouse rebuilt from two separate units, set within a beachfront building refreshed to match — common areas, façade and landscaping all brought up to the same standard as the residence itself.
